3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may be impacted by courier delays, weather conditions, local restrictions, or incomplete address details. VDSMart does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are determined by the seller and are shown at checkout or in deal/product details. Any additional logistics charges must be clearly communicated by the seller before dispatch.
5. Tracking and Updates
Where tracking is available, the seller should share tracking details with the buyer. Buyers can also use the platform messaging feature to request shipment updates directly from sellers.
6. Failed Deliveries and Returns
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal, re-shipping or return handling is subject to the seller's policy. Buyers should ensure address and contact details are accurate.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, buyers should report it promptly through support with order details and photo evidence. Resolution timelines depend on seller confirmation and courier investigation.
